Engines

New Features of 3.6L FSI Engine

Several areas of this engine were improved to reduce fuel consumption and CO

2

emissions.

Duo-Centric Oil Pump

The entire oil circuit of the engine was improved, allowing for the reduction of oil pump output from 5.7 bar to
3.6 bar.

The vibration damper is secured with seven bolts
instead of a single center bolt.
