VirtualHardwareSection
The VirtualHardwareSection element of an ovf:VirtualSystem or Vm contains a description of the virtual
hardware supported by a virtual machine.

installed on the virtual machine.

DomainName 0 1 xs:string If UseOrgSettings is false, specifies the Windows
domain to join. Required if JoinDomainEnabled is true .
DomainUserName 0 1 xs:string If UseOrgSettings is false, specifies the Windows
domain user name. Required if JoinDomainEnabled is
true .
DomainUserPassword 0 1 xs:string If UseOrgSettings is false, specifies the Windows
domain user’s password. Required if
JoinDomainEnabled is true .
AdminPasswordEnabled 0 1 xs:boolean True if the guest OS allows use of a local administrator
password
AdminPasswordAuto 0 1 xs:boolean True if the local administrator password should be
automatically generated
AdminPassword 0 1 xs:string Local administrator password for this virtual machine
ResetPasswordRequired 0 1 xs:boolean If true, the local administrator must reset his password on
first use
CustomizationScript 0 1 xs:string This element contains the customization script to run
