Repeat this process at least 3 times to ensure all sanitizer has been flushed out.
Both Still and Sparkling water should now be fully flushed and free of sanitizing and air
bubbles. Visually check and taste test from both taps. Repeat flushing from both taps if
needed.
Both the Still and Sparkling taps should have a Vivreau bottle fill flow rate of around 20
seconds per liter, or, the operator should be able to fill a Vivreau bottle comfortably without
the water spurting out the top. When closing the Still tap you must not experience any
water hammer.
Sparkling flow can be adjusted at the flow regulator located above the water bath (Figure 4).
These procedures should take around 1 hour and you should notice the water temperature
getting colder depending on the surrounding ambient temperature. If you are not sure
check that the chiller water tank temperature is dropping before replacing the back panel.
Check once more for leaks.
Check the condenser air grill is clear and that the waste tank is empty. Expect the waste
tank to fill with some water as the ice builds up in the chiller.
Make sure the surfaces are clean, Still and Sparkling water is taste tested, and all functions
are fully tested before training the customer on using the Vivreau Bottling System.
Display all user instructions close to the machine.
Remove “Do Not Use” sign.
Make sure to completely fill out the Vivreau Installation Checklist recording all information
needed, including the serial number and accurate system location.
