If

the

software

cannot

connect

to

a

CaMate,

a

timeout

warning

displays.

Please

check

if

the

COM

port

and/or

baudrate

settings

are

correct,

or

the

wire

connection

is

correctly

made.

Load

CaMate

firmware

binary

code

by

clicking

the

Load

button,

and

select

the

correct

binary

file.

The

new

firmware

version

and

checksum

will

display

after

loading.

You

can

find

the

firmware

binary

file

at

www.vivotek.com

or

contact

your

sales

representative.

3.

Click

FW

Update

and

confirm

the

upload,

firmware

upgrade

will

then

start.

Please

do

not

turn

off

the

power

to

CaMate

untill

the

upgrade

is

completed.
