Remove the protective sheet in front of the camera.
Measure the distance (installation height) between the camera lens and the
ground.
Visist VIVOTEK's website and download the Shepherd utitlity. Run and use the
Shepherd utility to find the camera in a local network.
Open a web console to the camera.
Start your configuration such as entering the camera's installation height.
