Powering the Camcorder On/Off
Make sure the batteries have been properly installed.
Make sure a SD Memory card has been installed properly into your camcorder.
SD Memory Card Class 4, up to 32GB. SD Card not included.

POWERING THE CAMCORDER ON
1)
Flip open the LCD display panel.
2)
Press the
Power
button to turn your camcorder ON.
After powering on, the camcorder emits a sound.
The LCD screen turns on with your camcorder in Video Capture mode to start.
POWERING THE CAMCORDER OFF
While the camcorder is on, you can press the
Power
button again at any point to turn your
camcorder OFF.
You will see a “Goodbye” splash screen and then the camera will power off
completely.
Alternatively, you can press the
HOME
button then tap the
Power
Off
icon.
To power off:
Tap ‘Off’ then tap
SAVE & EXIT
.
To exit the menu and continue using the camcorder:
Tap ‘On’ then tap
SAVE & EXIT
.
AUTO POWER OFF
– POWER SAVING MODE
Your digital camcorder also has an Auto Power Off feature that automatically turns off your
camcorder after a specific period of time that your camcorder is left idle. The Auto Power Off time
can be set by tapping the
HOME
button, tapping
Setup
on the LCD screen and then tapping the
Auto
Off
menu on the LCD.
