6. Operating instructions
6.6 PROGRAMM setting
The program function enables you to pre-set the time at which the appliance is to start brewing coffee.
Note
If you use the program function, you must ensure that the clock is set to the correct time.

1. Press the
PROGRAMM
button (16) slowly four times in standby mode. Or press the
PROGRAMM
button (16) twice continuously in standby mode. Press the
STD / MIN
button (11) to set the hours.
The hours flash on the display (13). Confirm entry by pressing the
PROGRAMM
button (16).
2. The minutes will then flash on the display (13). Press the
STD / MIN
button (11) to adjust the minutes.
3. Once the time is set, press the
PROGRAMM
button (16). Programming is complete.
4. Press the
AN / AUS
switch (15). The
AUTO
function indicator (12) will stay on until the set time. At
the beginning of the brewing process, the power indicator (14) turns on.
5. Press the
AN / AUS
switch (15) to stop the brewing process.
6.7 Aroma function and control
1. This coffee machine has an aroma function. After starting the brewing
process press the
AROMA
button (10). The
AROMA
indicator (9) turns
on. A special brewing process interval gives the coffee a stronger and more
intense flavour. Use this function for less than 10 cups of coffee.
2. You can also adjust the aroma using the aroma control button on the water
outlet (2) (Fig. 8):
- Turn the
button down to brew stronger coffee.
- Turn the
button up to brew milder coffee.
Note
Both functions can be used at the same time.
