Unscrew the nut fixing the fan with a spanner to

take out the fan .

7. Disassemble Axial Flow Fan

Unscrew the 4 screws fixing the motor to take out

the motor, and then unscrew the 2 screws fixing

the motor support to take it out.

8. Disassemble Outdoor Motor

Motor

Motor supporter

Screws

Unscrew the fastening nut of the four-way valve

coil and remove the coil. Wrap the four-way valve

with wet cotton and unsolder the spots connect-

ing the four-way valve to take it out.(4pcs for each4-

way valve)

Note: Refrigerant should be discharged firstly.

Welding process should be as quick as pos-

sible and keep wrapping cotton wet all the time.

Be sure not to burn out the lead-out wire of

compressor.
