*The menu item DAC VOL
becomes invisible when the
optional Volume Board is
installed.
Example 4
Setting the MP-D201
to remember the cur-
rent volume step.
In the V .INIT submenu you can
set the MP-D201 to remember
the current volume step . The MP-
D201 will start up in this volume
step when it leaves standby .
This volume step however is not
remembered when the power
cord is removed . Then the MP-
D201 will initiate in the volume
step as it is defined in the V .INIT
sub-menu .
Press the“MENU”button to
enter Menu Mode .
Navigate to the V .INIT
submenu, using the function
buttons on the left front

menu .

SELECT submenus and
selectsettings .
3 .  Scroll backward in
the menu .
Go to REMEMBER press

shows VOL .INIT . The MP-D201
will now start up in the current
volume step on initialization .
