MOUNTING THE MACHINE

The machine must be mounted to an

anchored beam that has sufficient

load capacity and stability.

Mount the machine to the beam (8)

using the braces (9), bolts (10) and

rings (11).

Firmly tighten the bolts. Instructions

for use

Check whether the machine has

been mounted correctly. Check

whether the cable has been wound

up correctly.

Make sure that the load is well

attached to the hook and that it is

not out of balance more than 15°.

Immediately switch off the machine

when it appears that the load cannot

or hardly be hoisted.

Constantly keep an eye on the load

during the operation.

Stop the operation as soon as the

red part of the cable becomes

visible. The red part of the cable

may not be unwound.

When switching off the machine

while lowering, the load may drop

a few centimetres more. This is a

normal condition, which does not

indicate a defect of the machine.

SWITCHING ON AND OFF

To switch on the machine, turn the

red on/ off switch (1) to the right so

that it comes forward.

To switch off the machine, press the

red on/off switch (1).

HOISTING

To lift the load, press the up/down

switch

(2) at the side of the arrow pointing

upward.

To lower the load, press the up/

down switch (2) at the side of the

arrow pointing downward.

Release the up/down switch (2) as

soon as the load has been hoisted

to the desired position.

During an upward movement the

end disc (5) will eventually touch

the brace at the bottom of the

machine . When this happens, the

machine switches off automatically.

CLEANING AND

MAINTENANCE

The machine does not require any

special maintenance.

Regularly clean the ventilation slots.

Regularly check the machine for

possible  damages.

Before use always check the

condition of the cable. In particular

check at full length whether the

cable shows any buckles or frays.

Have a damaged cable replaced

before putting the machine back

into operation.

LUBRICATION

From time to time, apply a drop of

oil to the bearing of the motor.
