The engine doesn’t start:
� The power cable is unplugged or damaged;
� The switch contacts are damaged or the switch isn’t
working;
� The windings of the induced or inductor are damaged;
� The induced windings are in short-circuit;
� Plug in or repair the power cable;
� Repair or replace the switch;
� Call technical assistance;
� Call technical assistance;
The engine sounds abnormally, starts
intermittently:
� The switch contacts are damaged;
� Mechanical obstruction;
� The machine is under excessive pressure and the
engine in overload;
� The brushes are worn;
� Repair or replace the switch;
� Check the mechanical parts;
� Reduce the pressure applied;
� Replace the brushes;
The locking sleeve heats up:
� Lack of grease inside the locking sleeve;
� Lubricate the locking sleeve notches;
The machine heats up:
� Hammer in overload;
� Bad assembly of the housing or parts inside the
hammer;
� Too low power voltage;
� Reduce the working pressure;
� Check if there are any obstructions or parts touching
the induced;
� Check the power voltage and adjust in accordance with
the technical specifications;
Sparks around the collector:
� The brushes are worn;
� Inductor or induced in short-circuit;
� Replace the brushes;
� Call technical assistance;
