The protection fence shall be set
around the welding site so that the
arc light can not endanger other
peoples health.
If the welding is done at the site
with narrow spaces, please keep
it well ventilated and use the
respiration protection equipment.
Please do not weld at the operating
areas of degreasing, cleaning or
spraying.
If with too loud noise, please use
the sound insulation devices.
When the steel plates with plating or
coating, please use the respiration
protection equipment.
OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS
Requirements
for operating environment
The welding machine shall be set
at the places which have good
ventilation and no dust, humidity
and vapor in the environment;
The welding machine shall be kept
out of sunlight and rain. It shall not
be used in rain.
Temperature: Within -10° and
+40°C with altitude below 1000 m.
Connection with
the input power
Before the power is connected,
please check to see if the voltage
of the power is compliance with the
rated voltage of the machine.
The replacement of cables shall be
done by people with professional
qualifications.
Before using the machine, please
do connect the workpiece clamp
with the work piece and ensure
good grounding for the work piece.
Model of power cord: 2G2.5 mm

SPECIFICATIONS
The load duration rate refers to the
percentage of the actual work time
in the total work time (10 minutes is
considered as 1 cycle).
For example, if the load duration
time is 60%, it means the machine
has 6 minutes of welding operation
and then has 4 minutes of idling.
The rated load duration rate is
relative to rated current. When the
machine is operated below the
rated current, even if it has high
load duration rate, the machine can
still be used.
It is prohibited to use the welding
machine with load duration rate
higher than the rated value.
Serious over-load may cause the
damage to the machine.
Even if it is not damaged, the life time
of the machine may be shortened.
Over-load will deteriorate the
stability of performance of the
welding machine and the welding
machine may not work normally.
PREPARATIONS
BEFORE WELDING
Properly wear protective mask,
insulated gloves and work clothes.
While operating in a narrow, humid
or high-temperature space, the
welder shall use insulated and
temporary supports. Furthermore,
in order to insulate from the ground,
he shall wear insulated gloves or
wear other protective clothing made
of insulating materials.
Connect into the positive lead (red)
the electric welding clamp. On the
negative lead (black), connect the
earth clamp. To connect the cables
to the terminal, simply insert the tip
and rotate right.
Connect the workpiece clamp with
the work piece.
NOTE: Make sure that the earth
clamp is directly connected with the
work-piece.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
OF THE WELDING MACHINE
After the input terminal of the welding
machine is connected with the power
distribution device, the power switch
of the power distribution device shall
be turned on.
Make sure the workpiece clamp is
fixed onto the workpiece
Turn on the power switch of the
machine, the green indicator lamp
will be on.
Adjust the value of electric current
in accordance to the covered
electrodes in use.
The covered electrodes should be
tightened on the electrode holder
by clamping. After that, the welding
operation can begin.
In the process of welding, cover the
face with protective mask and put
one end of covered electrodes on
the work-piece.
This is the best method for
producing arc of lighting.
Turn off the power after the welding
operation is finished.
OTHER PRECAUTIONS
When the thermal protection device
is automatically reset, the yellow
indicator lamp will be off.
When the thermal protection device
is acting, the welding power will
have its output and the red indicator
lamp will be on. But welding
operation can’t be done.
Do not rub the work-piece with
covered electrodes for doing so
may result in damage to the
work-piece and difficult arc starting.
