The combustion engine doesn’t start:
•
The "ON/OFF" switch is not set to the "ON" position;
•
The fuel tank is empty;
Clogged fuel pipe;
The fuel tap is closed;
•
The fuel in the tank is of poor quality, is dirty or is
already old;
•
Spark plug cap off spark plug;
The ignition cable isn’t properly connected;
•
The spark plug has soot or is damaged;
Incorrect distance between the electrodes;
•
The air filter is dirty;
•
The combustion engine is "wet" due to several
attempts to start it;
•
Very low engine oil level;
•
Set the “ON/OFF” switch in the “ON” position;
•
Add fuel;
Clean the pipes, release the carburetor purge and
open the fuel tap;
Open the fuel tap;
•
Use new fuel (unleaded petrol).
Clean the carburetor;
•
Fit the spark plug cap on the spark plug;
Check the connection between the cable and the
plug;
•
Clean/replace the spark plug;
Adjust the distance between electrodes;
•
Clean/replace the air filter;
•
Remove the spark plug and dry it, pull the handle of the
starter cord several times, with the spark plug
unscrewed;
•
Add oil until you reach the suitable level;
Difficulties when starting or the engine power drops:
•
Water on the fuel tank and on carburetor; Carburetor
is clogged;

The fuel tank is dirty;
•
The air filter is dirty;

The spark plug has soot;

Empty the fuel tank;

Clean/replace the spark plug
The combustion engine works irregularly:
•
The air filter is dirty;
•
Clean/replace the air filter;
The combustion engine heats up:
•
The cooling fins are dirty;
•
Combustion engine oil level too low;
•
Clean the cooling fins;
•
Add oil
Too much smoke:
•
Very high oil level;
•
The air filter is dirty;
•
Adjust the oil level;
•
Clean/replace the air filter;
The hydraulic cylinder shaft does not move when
the control valve handles are triggered:
•
Both control valve handles are not pressed;
•
Low hydraulic oil level;
•
Press both control valve handles simultaneously;
•
Readjust the hydraulic oil level;
Strong vibrations during operation:
•
Engine fixation is loose;
•
Tighten all the screws;
