SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The manual sprayer is an economic,
safe and efficient device suitable for
the prevention and cure of diseases
of crops and gardens.
Unused chemicals, as well as its pa-
ckages, should be disposed properly,
and not poured into the sewage
system or into the ground. Contact
your local authorities for details of
problem waste disposal points.
Follow chemical manufacturers’ ins-
tructions carefully. Wear protective
clothing if necessary.
Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst
using chemical products. Clean your
face an hands after finishing work.
Do not clear blocked nozzles using
your mouth.
Use only original spare parts.
The sprayer should be checked
thoroughly after 5 years of use.
Store the unit away from direct
sunlight, and protect from frost.
Neither the manufacturer nor the
supplier can accept any responsibili-
ty for damage caused by:
- Improper use;
- Unsafe use;
- Improper repair or the use of incor-
rect spare parts.

Keep away from children.
Before each use, ensure the sprayer
is in good conditions, and check for
damages.
For security reasons, do not spry
explosive liquids, acid, alkali, disin-
fectant or paint.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The hose should be assembled to the
handle. To avoid the risk of breakage,
tight the plastic nuts by hand only.
Attach the shoulder strap to the plas-
tic hooks on the top of the tank. The
strap could be adjusted according to
requirements.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FILLING THE TANK
Press down and turn the pump
handle to lock in place.
Unscrew the pump assembly by
turning the locked pump handle to
the right.
Fill the tank with the required liquid.
Replace the pump and tighten.
Observe the sprayer maximum
liquid capacity, and the chemical
manufacturer’s dosage instructions.
SPRAYING
Release the pump handle locking
mechanism by pressing down and
turning the pump handle.
Pump the handle about 25 times to
obtain working pressure. The pump
is equipped with a safety valve which
releases excess of pressure.
The sprayer is ready to be used.
Hold down the lever on the lance to
spray; release it to stop spraying.
“LOCK ON”
Press down the lever on the lance
and press it forward
To release, press down the lever and
slide it back.
SERVICE
Before opening the sprayer, always
release any remaining pressure by
pulling the safety valve firmly up-
wards. Ensure the sprayer is vertical
before releasing pressure.
Carefully unscrew the pump from
the tank.
Empty the unit, and allow the tank to
dry whilst opened. Make sure to follow
the chemical manufacturer’s instruc-
tions concerning the used products.
The valves, spray pipe, lance and
nozzles can be cleaned by operating
the machine with clean water.
The performance and working life
of the sprayer can be increased by
regularly lubricating the pump seal
(acid free lubricant).
CAUTION:
Incorrect use, including
transport and storage, as well as
insufficient maintenance can lead to
a shortened working life. For safety
reasons, the unit should be checked
each time it is used.
