• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children
and disabled persons.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION
AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature
before switching on.
– Unpack the unit completely, remove any package
materials and advertising stickers that prevent the unit
operation.
– Check the unit for damages; do not use a damaged unit.
– Before plugging the trimmer in to charge the battery,
make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to the
power adapter operating voltage.
– The unit is intended for operation with AC system and
50Hz frequency. The unit does not need any additional
settings for operating with the required nominal fre-
quency.
– Charge the battery and lubricate the blade block of the
attachment (5) following the recommendations below.
Battery charging
– Insert the power adapter (8) cord plug into the connec-
tion socket (4).
– Place the trimmer on a flat stable surface.
– Plug the power adapter (8) into the mains socket.
– Full charging of the rechargeable battery takes about
2 hours.
– Full charging of the accumulator battery is enough
approximately for 60 minutes of continuous operation.
– After the battery is charged. Disconnect the power
adapter (8) from the mains and the jack from the
socket (4).
WARNING:
– Do not charge the battery at temperature below +5°C
and above +35°C.
– If you haven’t used the unit for a month or longer, charge
the battery completely before using the trimmer.
– Do not leave the unit connected to the mains unat-
tended.
