Once the iron water tank (10) is full, the pump
will be switched off, and the indicator (9) will
go out.
–
If the reservoir (21) is empty, the pump will
stop operating in 5-10 seconds after you
place the iron on the rest (25). Fill the reser-
voir (21) with water to continue the pumping
system operating.
IRONING TEMPERATURE
–
Always check the recommended iron tem-
perature indicated on the tag before ironing.
–
If the tag does not list the recommended iron-
ing temperature, but you know the type of
fabric, use the following table to determine
the proper temperature.

–
This table is only valid for smooth materials.
Fabrics of other types (crimped, raised etc.)
are best ironed at low temperature.
–
Sort items by ironing temperature first: syn-
thetics with synthetics, wool with wool, cotton
with cotton etc.
–
The iron heats up faster than it cools down.
For this reason it is recommended to begin
ironing at low temperature (for instance, syn-
thetic fabrics).
–
After that, start ironing at higher temperature
(silk/wool). Cotton and linen items should be
ironed last.
–
If an item is made of mixed fabrics, the iron
should be set to the lowest temperature (for
instance, if an item is made from synthetics
and cotton, it should be ironed at tempera-
ture used for synthetics ironing «
»).
–
If you cannot define the fabric structure,
find a place that is hidden while wearing and
select the ironing temperature experimen-
tally (always start with the lowest tempera-
ture and raise it gradually until you get the
desired result).
–
Corduroy and other fabrics that become
glossy quickly should be ironed strictly in
one direction (in direction of the pile) slightly
pressing.
–
To avoid appearance of glossy spots on syn-
thetic and silk fabrics, iron them backside.
Setting the ironing temperature
–
Remove the iron from the support (21) and
place it on its base (8).
–
Insert the plug into the socket, the iron han-
dle illumination will light up, and the water
tank (10) and the display (11) will light up.
–
Set the desired soleplate (14) temperature
(«
», «
», «
») depending on the
type of fabric by pressing the buttons (12) «-»
and «+». Soleplate heating modes are shown
on the display (11) by temperature indicator
(16) or fabric type indicator (17)
; the indi-
cator (18) will flash during the soleplate
heating (pic. 6).
Notes:
–
Press the button «+» to increase the ironing
temperature and the button «-» to reduce it.
–
Pressing of the buttons (12) «-» and «+»
is
accompanied with a sound signal.
–
Once the soleplate temperature (14) reaches
the set one, there will be a sound signal, the
indicator (18) will light constantly and you
can start ironing.
Note:
While the first switching the heating
element burns, therefore occurrence of a
small amount of smoke or extraneous smell is
possible, it is normal.
WATER SPRAY
–
You can dampen the fabric by pressing the
spray button (5) several times (pic. 7).
–
Make sure that there is enough water in the
water tank (10).
DRY IRONING
–
Remove the iron from the support (21) and
place it on its base (8).
–
Insert the plug into the socket, the iron han-
dle illumination will light up, and the water
tank (10) and the display (11) will light up.
