In the design of the stabilizer provides several types of protection of
consumers of electric current: from a low voltage, high voltage, overload, and
also provides an opportunity of choice functions on delay for 6 or 180 seconds.
In the case when the input voltage will be less than 140 or more than 260
volts, stabilizer performs automatic disconnection of consumers from the
network. The luminous indicator «UNUSUAL» means that the input voltage is
too low or too high and . is disconnected from the power supply.
At the return of the input voltage in the scope of permissible values of the
stabilizer, after a delay in 6 or 180 seconds, connects consumers to the power
supply network.
The duration of the delay is selected click the «Delay/Undelay». When you
click on this button switches between modes «6-second delay» and «180-
second delay».
In normal operation the display output voltmeter displays the output
voltage of 220 V and the indicator «WORKING».

In the design of a stabilizer, applying the most modern electronic
components and used the latest technologies, thanks to which the regulator
does not require regular servicing other than cleaning.
Before cleaning, disconnect the stabilizer from the electrical outlet and
allow it to cool down.
With the help of vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from vents holes. Wipe
the stabilizer the outside with a damp soft cloth. Do not use when cleaning
sharp objects, to avoid damaging the protective coating. Do not use organic
solvents, corrosive, chemical or abrasive substances.
The stabilizer is a rugged housing, ensuring reliable protection of

conditions.
Stabilizers can be transported by all types of closed transport in
accordance with the General rules of transportation. Available transportation
conditions: ambient air temperature from -15°C to +45°C, relative air humidity
up to 90%.
During transportation and handling package with preservative should not
be subjected to sudden shocks and the impact of atmospheric precipitation.
Distribution and securing of the shipping container Packed with stabilizer in
vehicles should ensure a stable position and the lack of opportunities to move
it during transportation.
If the stabilizer is not used for a long time, it must be kept in a dry ventilated
room at temperatures from -15°C to +45°C and relative humidity not more
than 90%, concealing from getting inside the dust and small debris. The
presence in the air vapors of acids, alkalis and other aggressive admixtures
not allowed.
If the unit has been stored at subzero temperature before using it should
withstand temperatures from +5°C to +40°C for two hours to remove the
possible condensate.
