The receiver has a pair of analogue audio outputs, arranged as one stereo pair. Level
adjustment is provided on the nominal 0dB.
NOTE: SD cards must conform to SDHC and use FAT32 formatting (max. capacity 32GB).
To use the Record function, insert a compatible SD card into the unit. The SD card slot is
located on the left hand side of the unit. Insert the card in a facedown aspect (exposed
copper connections facing upwards towards the user).
The bi-color status light illuminates green when the recorder is ready to record.
NOTE: The SD status bi-color led is located on the top face of the unit (please see Figure

Select “SD Card”.

To record select “REC”.
NOTE: When recording, the bi-color status led illuminates orange.

To stop the recording select “STOP”.
NOTE: This menu is only available with the optional SD card recorder feature fitted to the
handheld receiver.
The internal MPEG decoder in the receiver may be set to decode video services in the
received transport stream:
PID Auto. – The decoder will automatically detect the first video program in the
received transport stream and decode it. The decoded video and audio will be
presented at the output connectors of the receiver. (recommended configuration)
Service based – Where several video Services are contained in the received transport
stream, the number of Services will be displayed, allowing you to select the required
Service to decode, based on the Service name.
PID Fixed – where more than one video program is contained in the received
transport stream, the operator may manually enter the PIDs of the required program
to be decoded.
NOTE: This method should only be used by skilled operators, the PIDs contained in the
transport stream coming from the transmitter must be known by the operator prior
to selecting this option.
