Defects and Repair 

If VISIO 24 is broken 

– what to do? 

 

  Did you check all settings and connections according to the manual?  

  Did you remove the protective plastic film from the camera lens? 

   Are you sure the mains outlet is live?  

 
Do not use a broken device! Unplug broken device from mains! Please do not 
hesitate to contact your local distributor or VisioBraille GmbH.  
 
You can reach VisioBraille GmbH at telephone 49 (0) 3641 2816-400 in 
Germany. We will help you check your VISIO 24 and in case it is broken we can 
mail a service box for shipping VISIO 24 to our repairs department. Show this 
manual to the person who will help you packing VISIO 24 in the service box.
