16. Warranty
Each Visioval
®
camera has been tested in all its functions and subject to a thorough quality
inspection.
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, the machines warranty period is 2 years
(justified by invoice or delivery note).
Damage that results from abnormal use, overloading on non-compliant handling is excluded.
The product must not have been disassembled.
The batteries and components subject to normal wear, the plastic dome are not covered by
this warranty.
Improper servicing of the flexible rod, bending, crushing or cutting the flexible rod are not
covered by this warranty.
IP 67 sealing of the 40 mm Ø camera head is guaranteed only on the model delivered with
plastic dome screwed onto the head in the plant; Dome changes performed improperly shall
cancel the warranty, in case of failure due to contact of the camera head with foreign material
or a liquid
Repairs may only be carried out by qualified VIRAX personnel.
