4 Specific safety instructions
Always wear hearing protections when working with the tool. Noise emitted may cause hearing troubles.
During work, wear protection glasses to avoid projections.
WARNING: Always keep your fingers and hands away from the jaw during the crimping cycle. Non compliance
with this instruction may cause severe injuries.
4.1 Precautions of use of the crimping machine
• NEVER ATTEMPT TO ADJUST OF
CHANGE THE ACCESSORIES
WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE
BATTERY.
Omitting to disconnect the crimping machine battery before
adjusting or changing the accessories may cause severe injuries.
• DO NOT USE THE TOOL WHEN ITS
BATTERY IS DAMAGED.
A damaged battery increases the risk of electric shock.
• DO NOT INSERT YOUR FINGERS IN
THE JAW PROFILE.
Inserting your fingers in the jaw profile may cause severe bodily
injures.
• NEVER ATTEMPT TO REPAIR A
DAMAGED JAW.
A modified jaw can break under pressure during the crimping cycle.
Throw and replace the complete jaw.
• DURING WORK, HOLD THE TOOL
WITH BOTH HANDS AND MAINTAIN
YOUR BODY IN A STABLE POSITION.
The tool is better guided when held with both hands.
When working in high places, check nobody is below you.
