Connect the power cable

NOTE:

 

Make sure the packing material inside 

the printer has been removed and the printer 
cover is closed.

1.

Attach the power cable securely to the printer 

before plugging the other end into a power outlet.

2.

Turn the printer on using the Power switch near 

the power connector.

NOTE:

 Do not turn off the printer using the Power 

switch at the back of the printer. Always turn it off 
using the Power button on the control panel at the 
front of the printer. This ensures that the printhead 
carriage is returned to its proper position at the left 
side of the printer and that the printheads are 
protected.
