TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
No radio sound Improper power lead Connect securely to
wire(red) connection plug circuit of battery.
Power fuse blown Replace with 5A fuse.
Speaker cord Connect speaker cord
disconnected securely
Left/Right channel sound Left/Right channel output Check color of cords
reversed with stereo cord and speaker cords reconnect correctly
radio broadcasts have been connected in
reverse
Sound heard only Speaker cord Connect speaker cord
through one speaker with disconnected securely
radio broadcasts Balance control set too Turn balance control to
far over to one side adjust left/right balance
Noise with radio Antenna is not fully Pull out antenna to its
reception extended full length and
Unit improperly grounded occasionally clean.
Ground the earth
lead(black) securely to
car body or other metal
