Remove
Control Harness
Loosen (4)
Control Panel
Mounting Screws
Control Panel Removal
Disconnect the control harness from the back of the control panel assembly (See Figure 3, below).
Loosen the (4) control panel mounting screws securing the control panel to the dash (See Figure 3, below).
Remove the (4) 8-32 x 3/8” screws securing the PC board assembly to the control panel face (See Figure 3,
below).
Hold the PC board assembly and pull it away from the dash until the board comes loose from the control panel
face (See Figure 4, below). NOTE: The control panel knobs will be loose in the control panel face.
Carefully remove the control panel face and knobs from the dash.
NOTE: Do not attempt to remove the control panel knobs using pliers, as doing so may damage the
knobs. To remove the knobs and/or the control panel assembly from the dash, follow the procedure
below.
