Purge
the
system.
•
Wait
for
5
seconds
to
let
gas
escape.
Then
turn
the
thumbwheel
clockwise
with
your
thumb
and
forefinger
only
to
tighten,
but
do
not
over
tighten
it.
Once
there
are
no
bubbles
forming
at
the
stopper
‐
dispenser,
it
indicates
the
bottle
seal
is
good.
STEP
11:
Turn
on
the
gas.
•
Stand
to
the
side
of
the
cylinder
•
Open
the
valve
by
turning
handle
counter
‐
clockwise.
•
The
outlet
pressure
is
preset
to
3
‐
5
psig.
