BUTTONS OF THE REMOTE CONTROL
17. MUTE
Pressing this button once mutes the sound of the
loudspeakers (14), the preamplifier output “OUT-
PUT PRE” (13) and the recording output “OUTPUT
REC” (11). Pressing it again returns to the original
volume. The Mute function is not available if the
input “MAIN INPUT LINE6” (12) has been selec-
ted for playback.
18. DIMMER
This key reduces the brightness of the front panel
display (2) in two steps or switches it off.
19. VOLUME
/
: Volume keys
These buttons change the amplifier’s volume set-
ting for loudspeakers (14) and the preamplifier
output “OUTPUT PRE” (13). This volume setting
can not be made if the input “MAIN INPUT
LINE6” (12) has been selected for playback.
20. GAIN: Push button for -8dB
attenuation of Loudspeaker signals
With the activation of this function, the output
signal for the power amplifier (13) and speakers
(14) is reduced by 8 dB and thus the volume of
the attached speakers. It should only be activated
if even at low volume settings the volume is alrea-
dy very high.
21. BAL-L und BAL-R: Buttons to set the
volume difference right/left channel
Both keys can be used for changing the volume
difference between right and left speaker if that is
desired. That is not possible for the source device
connected to “MAIN INPUT LINE6” (12).
22. Input Selector Buttons
These buttons are used to select one of the stereo
audio devices connected to the amplifier’s source
inputs for playback.
