Service functions

5.5.1 Diagnostics function

The Pr enables a function check of the following parameters via the app, and provides an
indication of the cause of the fault if necessary:

•

Motor functionality

•

Status of power supply

•

Sensor functionality

To use the diagnostics function, you need to establish a connection between the Pr WC
controller and the app.

The diagnostics are displayed in the Diagnostics area of the app’s main screen under the device
name function.

5.5.2 User statistics

The Pr enables you to enter various statistics via the app, and then produces estimates for
the frequency of use and water consumption of the system.
The WC controller collects the following statistical parameters, which can be displayed via the app:

•

Total number of flushes

•

Number of full-flushes
