Electrical connection
Make sure that all connections between the circuit, electronics and electric cables
of engine are properly done. Refer to the wiring diagram to ensure proper
connection of the pump, Fig. 3.
5.
Inspection prior to starting
Prior to first starting of the pump, ensure that:
-
the voltage and frequency of the grid correspond to technical information
provided on the identification plate of the pump,
-
the pump shaft is turning freely,
-
the pump’s body is fully loaded with water, by unscrewing the appropriate
plug for extraction of air
-
THE PUMP SHOULD NEVER RUN DRY
-
REFER TO THE INSTALLATION SCHEME
6.
Pump starting
Open all gate valves in the pipeline for suction and extraction. Turn on the power
supply and the pump automatically starts working, it is automatically started. The
output outlet tap (plug) needs to be open to make this possible in order to remove
all air which can be in the system. Them close the tap (plug) and the aggregate will
automatically stop once the maximum pressure of the pump is achieved. Ensure
that the direction of pump’s valve is clockwise (to the right), looking from the fan
cover, Figure 2.
If the aggregate is not working, not creating pressure or stopping automatically,
then try to find the root cause through the table for diagnosing faults provided in
this manual.
7.
Maintenance
Our aggregate does not require special maintenance. In addition, we recommend
that you empty the system when the ambient temperatures are too low and when
there is danger from freezing or if the aggregate will not be used in a longer time
period. If the pump aggregate will not be used for a longer period, the pump
should be cleaned and stores in a dry and well-ventilated place.
