Press the [1] (Menu) button to enter the Main Menu:

Press the [1] (Menu) button to exit the Main Menu.

Press the [2] button to execute the auto image adjust function.
Press the [1] button to exit the page.

Press the [2] button to enter the contrast adjustment page.
