Wireless: Mode: 

click the down arrow for the drop-down menu 

with a list of wireless networking modes. Select one of the 
following modes based on your environment setting:

Disable: 

To disable wireless networking for 802.11g and 

802.11b, select Disable.

11b+g:

 If you have 802.11b and 802.11g devices in your 

network, then keep the default setting, 11b+g.

11g Only:

 If you have only 802.11g devices, select 11g Only.

G Plus*

: This mode requires the same technology from the 

client devices.

Important!

 When operating at highest speeds, this Wi-Fi 

device achieves an actual throughput of up to 34 Mbps, which 
is the equivalent throughput of a system following 802.11g 
protocol and operating at a signaling rate of 125 Mbps.

Channel: 

customize as needed. It is recommended that you 

change the channel to prevent interference with other wireless 
routers in the vicinity.

SSID: 

customize as needed. This field automatically defaults to
