Cause Remedy
Burner fault Proceed as described on page 42.
"Active messages" is displayed
Cause Remedy
The time for a service as specified by your contractor
has arrived.

System fault Proceed as described on page 41 or 42.
"External hook-up" is displayed
Cause Remedy
The set operating program was changed over by an ex-
ternal device, e.g. an EM-EA1 extension (DIO electron-
ics module): See page 17. No action required.
Once the external changeover no longer applies, the
set operating program is switched on again.
"Trade fair mode" is displayed
Cause Remedy
Trade fair mode is active. No heating, no DHW heating. Notify your contractor.
What to do if...
"Burner fault" is displayed
