The differential pressure regulator is
an important safety element of this
unit. It is fitted at the heat exchanger
of the hydraulic circuit.

The differential pressure regulator
ensures that a volume of water that is
adequate for the compressor opera-
tion is available in the hydraulic cir-
cuit.

This prevents damage to the heat
exchanger, e.g. as a result of a circu-
lation pump failure or through icing up
of the hydraulic circuit.
