Intended use presupposes that a fixed installation in
conjunction with permissible, system-specific compo-
nents has been carried out.
Commercial or industrial usage for a purpose other
than mechanical ventilation of living spaces shall be
deemed inappropriate.
Any usage beyond this must be approved by the man-
ufacturer in each individual case.
Incorrect usage or routing of the ventilation system is
prohibited and results in an exclusion of liability. Incor-
rect usage also occurs if the components in the venti-
lation system are modified from their intended function.
Note
The ventilation systems are intended exclusively for
domestic use.

Note
For the routing of an air distribution system, a routing
plan is required, which should take into account air
flow rates, pressure drops and noise distribution. Rout-
ing an air distribution system without prepared engi-
neering plans can lead to irresolvable distribution sit-
uations.
Outdoor air/exhaust air ductwork
Via the outdoor air/exhaust air ductwork, the outdoor
air is fed into the ventilation unit and the exhaust air is
routed out of the building. The ductwork comprises
thermally insulated pipes and bends made of EPP and
metal, silencers and outside air/exhaust air apertures.
On the supply and extract air side, the headers con-
nect the ventilation unit with the air distributors.
Modular flat/round supply air/extract air ductwork
The modular flat/round ductwork is used to distribute
the supply air and to collect the extract air. The low
installed height of the flat ducts makes routing on the
sub floor level possible. The components have an air-
tight connection. The round duct is also suitable for
routing in concrete.
The modular design of the air distribution system
means it can be combined in many ways using the
round and flat duct components. This gives you the
flexibility to adapt the installation situation as required.
The distributors can be central or decentralised.
Various air distributors are available for routing the
ductwork on the supply and extract air sides. Some of
these air distributors are fitted with a silencing function.
The supply air flow rates are adjusted by the use of
restrictor elements (flat and round).
