2.4 Settings and Adjustments
Installer set-up
Electronic programming entails making
specific adjustments which apply to your
heating system and should be undertaken by a
qualified heating contractor only. Service work
is thereby simplified as the heating contractor
can perform diagnostic and service activities
by taking sensor readings and making status
inquiries.
Altering operating program from remote (via telephone)
The manually adjusted operating program
on the Comfortrol control unit can be altered
by opening/closing an external
“potential-free” contact on the Dekamatik.
Control of the heating system is therefore
possible via a remote switch or a telephone
dialing module (optional).
Program selection is restricted to
possibilities illustrated in the table below.
The process is reversed the next time the
contact is opened.
Example:
You are
not
at your cottage and would like
to activate your heating system from
remote. Your call, for example, can change
the operating program from “ ” to “
”
(see table). The selector switch on the
accessory control must be manually reset
when you leave the cottage or a new
telephone call placed to reset the
Comfortrol.
Note:
The message:
“TELE.PROG”
appears in the display (when flip-down
cover is closed) if heating system operation
has been changed via telephone.
