Fault Remedy
No picture − No operating voltage
− Video connection interrupted
Grainy picture − Inadequate lighting conditions
Picture too bright − Luminous intensity of the peak too high, change
camera location
or activate the backlight function of the camera
Blurred video picture − Focus not correctly adjusted
− Heating device in camera housing is faulty (when
used outdoors); fogging on front glass of the camera
housing
Distorted picture − Different earthing potentials between camera and
monitor, use optocoupler (e.g. from VPT videotronic
Double picture − Faulty 75−
Ω

− Break in insulation of video cable
Please contact your authorized dealer with an exact failure description if none
of the above−mentioned remedial measures fixes your problem.
