Monitor power ON / OFF. At OFF mode, monitor will be at standby status 
Green Light -- Power On 
Red Light -- Standby mode

Increase the value on the OSD menu or turn ON / OFF function

Decrease the value on the OSD menu or turn ON / OFF function
