Leg Exerciser

How to use the leg exerciser
1.
Connect the power adapter with the device and plug it into a
power socket.

Press the ON/OFF button (B) to turn on the device; press
the + or – button to increase or decrease the speed between
level 1 and level 5.
3.
Sit down and put your feet on the pedals (A).
4.
Having finished your training, turn off the device.

To incline the device upwards, pull out the legs (C) from the underside.
Equivalence of each level
Level 1:
equals 32 steps per minute.
Level 2:
equals 36 steps per minute.
Level 3:
equals 40 steps per minute.
Level 4:
equals 44 steps per minute.
Level 5:
equals 52 steps per minute.

• Do not sit or stand on the device.
