Step 1 – Unpair the dongle

Check your phone/tablet bluetooth
settings and remove it from the paired
devices list if it is on it.

Note: do not pair the dongle during
the update process even if you’re
asked for the PIN code. Just close the
dialog by pressing Cancel.
