4. Install the new blade, washer

3. Remove the split pin, blade nut, 

washer & used blade.

5. Tighten the nut until the conical washer

Blade Replacement

2. Place pin or phillips head screw 

driver into the locking hole. 

1. Rotate the blade until the locking hole 

in the lower pulley & bearing housing 
line up.

to rest against the nut. 

7. Insert split pin through the slot and 

spindle hole until the pin head is against 
the nut.
