*Note
Image files saved on a floppy disk using Save Searched Image functions can not
be accessed with Kollector program. To open the file, use Windows-based
graphics program, such as Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, etc.
16) Backup Using DVD or Other Devices
Exports video clips using Kollector wavelet technology to CD-ROM. The backup is
typically made for long term archival. Select the date, camera, time and save the image
file at Removable disk
*Note
Kollector system is configured for use with a HP-8200 series CD-RW as a basic
backup device. To backup the image files, just connect your backup device to
Kollector and restart the system.
To back up the recorded file,
1. Click the Backup button
2. Backup box appears and is ready for file selection. Select the desired date, time and
camera number to backup.
*Note
To select several files at the same time, position the mouse pointer over desired
camera number or time period and click on the mouse button. Selected files are
highlighted in blue color. To select other files, repeat the step.
