3 Description
The Alliance-mini is a compact high-resolution mini-dome camera
system that supports both H.264 and MJPEG video compression and
is suitable for indoor vandal resistant installations via wall- or ceiling-
mounting. Optional adapters allow the camera models to be surface,
single-gang box wall-mounted as well as pendant-mounted.
The Alliance-mini comes with a black trim ring installed (aluminum
on WDR/5MP and plastic on non-WDR IQD6xN models); on WDR/5MP
models, an extra aluminum trim ring in beige is included so that the
camera will look attractive in any décor.
4 Installation
This manual describes how to install the Alliance-mini, including
installation with the optional wall mount, as well as the optional pendant
mount. Installations should be performed by qualified service personnel
only in accordance with local, state and national code(s).

The following depicts the parts included (Figure 5.1):
1. Alliance-mini enclosure, camera, and lens assembly
2. Alliance dome cover and shroud assembly
3. Alliance-mini dome beige trim ring (
