DSP TDR Quick Start Guide

To connect via Ethernet
1. Connect one end of the ethernet cable to the ethernet port under the bottom
cover of the DSP TDR.
2. Connect the opposite end of the ethernet cable to the modem, router, or switch
that has the active connection to the internet.
3. From the ethernet pop-up window, navigate to Login and select Enter .
4. The DSP TDR will activate the connection, configure the device, and assign an IP
address.
5. Once the ethernet icon is visible in the blue bar at the bottom right side of screen
and the IP address is displayed, press the Test softkey.
6. Navigate using the arrow buttons to the StrataSync icon and select it.
7. The DSP TDR will auto connect to StrataSync and upload all screen captures and
data logs.
8. On the right side of the StrataSync screen under Sent , a list of the number of
screen shots and tests uploaded will be displayed.
To connect via Wi-Fi
1. From the Wi-Fi settings pop-up window, wait for the access point list to
populate.
2. Using the up/down arrows, navigate the list of SSIDs to the preferred access
point.
3. Use the right/left arrows to highlight the current password, and select Enter .
4. Use the virtual keyboard to enter the password.
5. Once the password is entered, select the
Done softkey.
6. Navigate to the Current Security window and use the up/down arrows to
change the security type.
7. Navigate to Login using the left/right arrows, and select Enter .
8. The TDR will power up the Wi-Fi module, configure the device, and assign an IP
address.
9. Once the Wi-Fi is connected, the pop-up screen will disappear, and the Wi-Fi icon
will display in the blue bar at the bottom right side of screen along with the IP
address.
10. Navigate using the arrow buttons to the
StrataSync
icon and select it.
11. The DSP TDR will auto connect to StrataSync and upload all screen captures and
data logs.
12. On the right side of the StrataSync screen under
Sent
, a list of the number of
screen shots and tests uploaded will be displayed.
