For transmiGers rated at a maximum output power
not listed above, the recommended separa9on
distance d in meters (m) can be determined using
the equa9on applicable to the frequency of the
transmiGer, where P is the maximum output power
ra9ng of the transmiGer in waGs (W) according to
the transmiGer manufacturer.
NOTE 1 : At 80 MHz and 800 MHz, the separa9on
distance for the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2 : These guidelines may not apply in all
situa9ons. Electromagne9c propaga9on is affected
by absorp9on and reflec9on from structures, objects
and people.
