3. VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal
VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal is VIA’s web-based application built on AWS IoT Core and AWS KVS, which allows customers to quickly evaluate VIA Mobile360 M800
Video Telematics systems. Each sample system comes with a 30-day trial period of the VIA Fleet Cloud Management for customers to evaluate the VIA Mobile360 M800
including real-time tracking, collision alerts with video upload, trip history and fleet statistics. Also included is 50 hours of live streaming with Amazon KVS.
Please refer to the VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal Quick Start Guide for complete instructions on how to login in and set up the free trial period for a VIA Mobile360
M800 system. The sections below will explain the specific steps related to binding a VIA Mobile360 M800 system as well as how to calibrate and enable the available AI
functions.
3.1 VIA Fleet Vehicle Registration
After creating a fleet and a vehicle model as described in section 1.3.1 of the VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal Quick Start Guide, the next step is to add a vehicle in
which the VIA Mobile360 M800 system will be installed.
1. From the left-hand menu, select “Management -> Vehicles”.
2. From the top menu bar, select “Add Vehicle” to register a new vehicle to the new fleet group created.

3. Select "VIA Mobile360 M800" as the VIA Mobile360 Series Platform to be installed and click "OK".
