Auto 
The Auto option enables the BIOS to determine how to handle assign IRQ12 based on the detection of a PS/2 mouse 
device. If a PS/2 mouse is detected, the BIOS will reserve IRQ12 for the mouse. If a PS/2 mouse is not detected, then 
IRQ12 will be made available to other devices. 

Enabled 
The Enabled option forces the BIOS to reserve IRQ12 for a PS/2 mouse device. No other device may use IRQ12. 

Disabled 
The Disabled option forces the BIOS to make IRQ12 available to any device. 

6.7.1.6.

 

Wait for ‘F1’ if Error 

This feature determines how the system will respond if an error is detected during the boot sequence. If this feature is 
enabled, the BIOS will pause booting and wait for the user to press F1 to enter the BIOS setup menu. This feature has 
two options: enabled and disabled. 

6.7.1.7.

 

Hit ‘DEL’ Message Display 

This feature determines if the BIOS will display a POST message that informs the user how to access the BIOS Setup 
Utility.

If the Quiet Boot option is enabled, the settings of this feature will have no effect.

Interrupt 19 Capture 

The Interrupt 19 Capture feature enables hard drives attached to add-on host adaptors (e.g., SCSI cards, eSATA cards, 
etc) to function as bootable hard drives. Enabling this feature will also grant access to any existing ROM BIOS utilities 
on the host adapter. This feature has two options: enabled and disabled.
