Operating and transport position

DuoLoc (KGA-SBO) operating position
The “operating position” is the condition in which the folding fork arms are folded out
in order to carry out a transport task. The fork blade of the DuoLoc is firmly locked in
the operating position.
Switch to the operating position:

Hold the fork blade and pull the locking pin with the ring out of the locking bolt
(Fig. 14/2).

Pull out and remove the locking bolt (Fig. 14/1).

High weight! The fork blade could be very heavy. For this reason, use suitable
lifting gear if necessary.

WARNING! Risk of injury from a fork blade falling down!
Ensure that there are no people or objects in the folding area. Slowly move the
fork blade downward in a controlled manner until the operating position is
reached. Do not allow the fork blade to fall while folding out!
