After that, Phone can open.
Check if the battery has discharged. If so, recharge the
battery. Start the phone. You may be asked to enter a
password if the phone lock is active. Enter the phone lock
password in order to use the phone.
Enter the PIN code. You shall enter the PIN code if the PIN
code lock is active.
Enter the PUK code, if you enter the PIN wrong three times
successively, your card shall be locked and you shall enter
the PUK code provided by the network operator.
UIM/SIM Card Error
Golden part of the UIM/SIM card is dirty. Wipe the metal
contact point of your UIM/SIM card with a clean cloth.
UIM/SIM card is installed incorrectly. Install the UIM/SIM card
correctly as specified in the operation manual.UIM/SIM card
damaged. Contact your network service provider.
Cannot Connect To The Network
Low signal reception. Try connecting again at a location
with higher reception. UIM/SIM card invalid out of the
coverage area of network service provider. Contact your
network service provider.
No Call Can Be Made
Ensure that you have pressed the Call button.
Please ensure that your payment date or date of your
phone bill has not expired.
Ensure that your UIM/SIM card is valid.
Bad Call Quality
Please check whether the volume level is proper.
Operating the phone in a location with low level of signal
reception. Radio waves are not transferred in locations such
as basements or areas with high building around.
Callers Cannot Access You
