Warranty and Service after Purchase
A) We will not be able to deal with the product even during the warranty period if it was not used
normally. (Spilled drinks, immersed in water, etc.)
When requesting repair during the warranty period, please attach a receipt or other documents
that can prove date of purchase.
Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase
B) Please contact the store you purchased the product for inquiries on repairs and other questions
you may have.
C) When requesting repairs
When the product needs to be repaired, stop usage and request for repairs to the store the
product was purchased from.
(You may have to pay for repairs depending on the extent or reason for the damage, even
during the warranty period)

D) Minimum retention period of performance parts for repair
