Software 

The Vernier Flash Photolysis Spectrometer comes with data-acquisition software necessary to 

collect the signal waveform from the photodetector. Subsequent data processing, such as conversion of 

the acquired voltage waveform into temporal profile of

 and fitting the

 profile to an appropriate 

function in order to extract the rate constants, can be done by exporting the data into Vernier Logger 

Pro

 

software or Microsoft

®

 Excel

®

.  

Data Format 

The Vernier Flash Photolysis Spectrometer produces

. time data in a form of an ASCII CSV 

file that can be easily processed with Logger 

Pro
