Gently push the RTC battery sideways (

), then lift it off the mainboard (

).

Note: WEEE Annex VII component. The RTC battery has been highlighted with the 
yellow  circle  as  shown  above.  Please  follow  local  regulations  for  disposal  of  used 
batteries.

Caution: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used 
batteries according to the instructions.
